Something... funky... happened with our gas oven, and Evgeny came over the next day to have a look. He confirmed that not only had we broken our igniter, but also the gas tube. It took a few weeks to get parts (sigh, Covid), but Evgeny's service was very quick and professional. He took time to explain what had gone wrong and what he did, as well as tested thoroughly to make sure the oven was working properly after the repair. Would definitely recommend him.

Evgeny came to fix the washing machine and after diagnosing the issue he suggested that parts and labour will cost a lot more. It would be better to buy new machine and suggested a couple of models. He was very helpful and thorough with his work. Once I got the new washer he came promptly to put it all together. I would definitely recommend his services.

Want to highly recommend this kind sirs business for appliance repair. My refridgerator was not keeping food cold and i was calling around and no one could come to fix it for up to 2 weeks!! Who can go without a fridge for more than 24 hours. He has a 911 appliance repair service and it’s even in the name of his website. He was here within 6 or so hours and set a time that fit with my work schedule. His cost is very reasonable and he seems to have the customers needs as a top priority. Read his reviews, you won’t be disappointed.

Tenant's older LG washing machine door stopped shutting properly. Evgeny promptly answered my request for assistance, purchased the required part (door lock mechanism) the next morning and completed the repair that day. Good service, efficient, high quality. Will use again.

Evgeny showed up when he was supposed to, gave me a heads up before arrival, was very professional and best of all knew his products in and out. Our fridge somehow ended up crashing and burning within 2 months of purchasing it. We quickly called Eugene to help take a diagnostic and see if it was salvageable. To our happiness Eugene quickly came (within 48 hours) and told us that he can find the lart. Although it was a strange design for the fridge and Eugene expressed that it was a weird design and completely poorly installed he was able to confidently complete the task, fix our fridge and the cost was amazing! He was very on top of his task and he kept is updated. He explained the problem and he assured us that he would help us if anything else goes wrong. So far fridge is running better than before!
