I highly recommend Evgeny. The gasket needed to be replaced and I called around for quotes. Evgeny was reasonable and accessible. I called him and he picked up the phone! I texted him the pictures and he called me back with a quote within 15 minutes. Parts ordered the same day and he came the next day. He would answer ALL of the my questions and ensured I understood it. He explained the entire process, what to do and what not to do so I can as much life out of my washing machine as possible. No upsell, just straight up no nonsense get the job done. He will now be my go to for any appliance needs and would recommend him to my family and friends.

Evgeny was recommended to my by my partner as someone who could easily figure out why my dishwasher was leaking. It turned out to be be relatively simple, a busted hose and some missing bracket to keep the machine from shifting. Evgeny had to special order the part which means I had to wait a bit, but I was cool with that. He was excellent with communication, was very punctual, and was a total pro. He wore booties over his boots and he offered to take away any refuse after. I would call him back for certain if I need help again. Yes he may be a wee bit pricey, but I will gladly pay the money for excellent service and a trustworthy technician.

My experience with Evgeny and his service was nothing short of amazing, i had a terrible time trying to get someone in to my condo to fix the lid switch on my old washer, all i was getting was rude disinterested technicians, it was very frustrating as the repair seemed simple and straightforward. Evgeny was literally the only person who seemed to care about my situation. He actually went out of his way to find me a switch much earlier than expected, and was able to drop in and repair it in about 30mins, i was completely blown away by his personal service, he is a true professional, and he actually cares. Evgeny was punctual, came on time, disconnected our old dishwasher early in the morning and upon the delivery of new dishwasher came in the afternoon to install it.
