I wouldn't recommend EnHome cabinetry to anyone. Their products are poor quality and their salespeople behave terribly towards their customers. They were nice before I paid them but changed their attitudes immediately after they got my payment.
The installers refused to take off my old back splash, for which I paid money for and the salesperson promised to do. The salesperson and the installer blamed each other for that and nobody had control over another. I had to treat the installer team nicely, buying them food and coffee and trying to convince them to take the back splash off. Finally they agreed but the process completely destroyed my drywall, leaving big holes everywhere. Later I had to pay a repairman a few hundred dollars to get my drywall fixed.
The Granite installers didn't do good job either. I cleaned the counter top the next day as I was told to and fund a large unpolished area. I called them right away and it took them one month to came to polish the counter and again they did a poor job. I called them again and they came to polish but made it worse.
One month later, wiping and cleaning the cabinetry a few times revealed two big scratches on two of the doors. I took the doors to EnHome and they refused to change them for me, telling me that they would only exchange them if I had brought them back the day after installation. However, I would not have been able to see the scratches had I not cleaned it, especialy when the company covered the scratches with paint.
I was misled into thinking that their company had long history (They claimed that their "head office" had been based in Los Angeles for over 10 years )But when I tried to contact their head office, (626-927-8690), I discovered that the number was invalid.
By the way, I speak Chinese,but that didn't help.
