Radek completed the following jobs:

Basement powder room tiling, vinyl flooring, finished basement stairs.
He is very friendly, on time, clean work and didn’t waste time. The quality of the work was fantastic too. I would use him again and recommend them to use for small or big projects. My only regret is finding him later on during my basement construction otherwise I would have got him to do my entire basement. Again, I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

The interlocking paving stones on our front walk were shifting dramatically and were in danger of collapsing into a small depression at the side of the house.
Radek determined the problem was that the foundation of the walk was not built correctly.
Smart Choice lifted the pavers, removed the foundation that was there, rebuilt the foundation and re-laid the walkway.
This was done quickly and professionally.
The end result exceeded all of our expectations.
The walk is now very solid and will now last many more years

Radek completed a full basement renovation with a bathroom and bedroom as well. We recently had Smart Choice Contracting do a major redesign of our front yard. The investment in your family home for a project such as this can be overwhelming at times “am I making the right choice, do I even know what I want?” from the moment we met with Radek and team we knew we had made the right choice.
The design started essentially from scratch, Radek had the most unique and stunning ideas. His design work is excellent! The team was great to work with; very friendly and professional. I was kept informed of the progress at all times and we received a beautiful product. During the course of time neighbors and families who don’t even live on our street would complement us on the design and thought we were filming a special for HGTV! So, my feeble attempts to say “Oh I came up with this design all by myself “let’s just say none of my neighbors believed me.
Now that the project is completed the results speak for themselves. It feels as if we are living in a Model home - it's absolutely beautiful.
