Reno Smart was incredible. Got a basement bathroom and an ensuite bathroom installed, as well as a basement gym. The crew is professional and efficient. Reno Smart is top notch!

We hired Renosmart to completely renovate our main bathroom in our condo. The workmanship was excellent and the work ethic and courteousness was amazing. Job was completed on time as promised with no extra costs incurred. We have received so many compliments on our new bathroom all thanks to Alex and his team. Job well done, thanks Alex!

We live in a high-end secure condominium and needed an experienced and reliable contractor to install a complex mosaic natural stone tile as a kitchen backsplash and install the same tile on our kitchen floor after removing the old tile. After reading the RenoSmart reviews and reviewing the detailed quote we decided to hire Alex and his team. Our condominium has specific rules contractors must follow which were only further complicated by Covid-19 concerns and protocols. All thorough the process communications with Alex was excellent. Workers arrived each day with protectors for our floors and everything required including wearing their face masks all the time they were in our condo. During tile demolition/removal they erected an enclosure complete with air system to contain the dust and debris. At the end of each workday, they did a great job of cleaning up which was much appreciated. We were impressed with the quality of work particularly ensuring the mosaic pattern matched in the corners on the wall and between the floor tiles and the toe kicks. The job also involved leveling the concrete kitchen floor in areas to provide a level and curved transition between the mosaic tile floor and the hardwood floor in the living room. We highly recommend Alex and the RenoSmart team and would also like to thank Eric for his tiling artistry.

The team from Renosmart undertook a number of projects when we moved in to our new (old) house in the Glebe. The projects included installing new closets, a powder room bathroom (we supplied fixtures), reworking an existing kitchen cabinet to provide a microwave, some work to install new basement and stair carpeting and repair a damaged wall and various other jobs including installing light fixtures.

The qualify of the work was excellent and the team was professional and easy to deal with. We highly recommend Renosmart!

The at Reno smart were amazing. They performed an amazing paint job on the entire house. They even catered to issues we had never discussed during the quote process. I lift my hat off to Alex and his team and will be recommending them to my friends and family in the near future.

Alex and his team came to me highly recommended and he didn't disappoint. The initial project was a legal secondary dwelling unit in the basement of a bungalow. I was impressed from the beginning and decided to add on a renovation of the upper level of the kitchen and bathroom as well. Once those projects were complete I had him renovate the basement of our personal home as well prior to selling. I have worked with many contractors previously and can easily say he was the best I have experienced. The workmanship and final product was absolutely top notch. Critically, his knowledge during the initial planning phase of the renovation allowed for a stress free process that was well planned out from the beginning. In addition though and actually much more rare in my experience was the speed and quality of the communication, timeliness of the project, accuracy in quoting, and attention to even small requests.

I hired Alex and his team at Renosmart to renovate our en-suite bathroom. This involved taking down a wall adjacent to our walk-in closet to turn both spaces into one big bathroom. Alex helped provide insight as to how we should go about our project and what needed to be done in order to work within building codes, construction regulations etc

After our first meeting with Alex and having seen one of his previous jobs, we knew that Renosmart would be a right fit for this project.

Alex and his team always showed up on time and were very professional. They always protected my home with drop sheets etc to ensure they didn’t cause any damage or dirty my floors. They kept their workspace very clean and didn’t disrupt our day to day living.

I asked Alex and his right hand man, Eric, many questions along the way and they never hesitated to take the time to answer me. I find construction very interesting and it sparks my interest.

The tile work was impeccable. I asked Alex to change a few things along the way and he never had a issue doing it. He was very accommodating.
