Fernando and his crew did an awesome job! They completed the work a day less then promised and left the house in immaculate condition. There was literally “not a nail left behind”. Easy to work with, very accommodating and kept the lines of communication open throughout the entire process. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to demo a house, whether it’s a selective demolition job or a complete tear down!

Gutted several rooms a bathroom and a kitchen. There is a min of 15 words so I will write this sentence.

Fernando and his team did a great job removing all old plaster, ceiling tiles etc. He showed up every day to review the work and ensure it was a clean job, performed on-time for the amount specified. Even before the job began he took time to describe what to expect and how the work would be managed. Everything occurred exactly as described. His team of workers were professional and hardworking. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend Man Power Demolition to anyone who requires demolition and removal services!

Manpower were very quick, clean and professional. Arrived everyday with a full crew. They set up an air filter system to protect HVAC systems. All and all a great job.

Fernando responded to my request to quote immediately and was able to start the job within 2 weeks. We used three 40 yard bins and his crew was able to complete the job in 5 days. Upon completion the site was left in mint condition as promised (no debris or dust) both inside and out. Fernando is very quick to communicate and flexible to work with. The project involved a complete gut of a c.100 year old semi detached home in downtown Toronto. Fernando, Melanie and their crews were extremely professional and organised from day 1.

Fernando and his crew were the absolute best!!! These are good people.
They accomplished all that they said they would do ahead of schedule, and in the safest manner possible. The initial reason that I chose Man Power over any other demo company was their complete dedication to the health of the workers and us - the occupants living beneath the demo site. Demolition means layers of dust and dirt in the air but Man Power's use of proper venting fans and interior hepa filter air cleaners completely controlled what could have felt like a volcanic eruption. And they left the site CLEAN! Removed all debris, left no trash, swept up, and cheerfully waved goodby.
