Ephraim was very professional and honest during our initial discussion. This was a job that most of the professional drape did not want to touch.
During the day of the repair he was prompt and answered all my questions. I'm happy with the repair that was done.

My motorized shades (that were installed by a different company) had stopped working. Ephraim came, quickly found the problem and fixed it. Equally important, he patiently taught me everything I need to know to keep my shades working well.

Same day service to repair my blinds - he arrived the same day as I requested the repair and fixed my blinds right away as he carries in stock parts for many of the builder installed blinds. Perfect!
