This was my first time replacing windows in my house. I saw the work they did on my neighbours house and was amazed. My neighbour spoke highly of the service and I had to try for Myself. Especially with the low amount of good honest contractor having my neighbours word was easier for trust. They came and quoted me ( quite honest and fair pricing ) and they order my window. I was happily surprised my order was ready and actually installed before the glass was suppose to arrive initially. Researched over 10 local window installers in the Vaughan/GTA area. Narrowed it down to three for estimates in the home. Andrew was the most professional and honest regarding the cost and types of windows available for my window layouts. Installation of the windows was wonderful and created no stress for any of the occupants in the home. I am delighted with the craftsmanship and will be reaching out to them again when I do my lower level windows. Falcons WD is an honest, fair, and respectful company. Andy and the Falcon team did a great job on the replacement of my windows and patio doors. Their pricing was fair and even with supply challenges due to COVID, they kept me up to date on delivery and installation was completed very close to the predicted time frame.

Vlad and his crew were fast ,friendly, and efficient. I had 8 windows, patio door and front door replaced.

I received an in-person quote the same day that I contacted the company. The quote was price competitive with 2 other quotes that I received. Vladimir was very knowledgeable regarding Falcon's products. He even attended when a building inspector examined the prep work for the egress window. I was happy with both the quality of the install and each individual product. I would buy again from Falcon.
