Initial correspondence with Vladimir was through email where he was able to provide me with a quote by my providing him with window measurements and pictures. He gave me a fast and reasonable quote. I got 2 other similar quotes and Vlad was slightly less expensive. I met with Vlad on an agreed on time for a more formal written quote and for him to take firm measurements. Within 2 days he come back with his partner and had both my windows replaced within 30 mins. We are updating the front facade of our house and there was some very dated glass block. Vladimir arrived very promptly for the estimate and explained everything clearly. The team arrived promptly for the installation, removed the old glass block and replaced it with the perfect window to fit it with the design of our house. They were quick, efficient, very friendly and professional. They cleaned up both inside and outside of the house. We had 11 windows, the front door and the sliding door in the backyard are made. We chose Falcon WD Windows and Doors primarily because they had the best combination of price and quality, which we wanted.
They also brought an actual small window to our house so that we could see what would be installed. Although other good companies quoted us, we never received follow-up calls and they seemed a bit expensive based on our budget.
Very amazing work. Clean and fast. Excellent windows at a great price. I will recommend to all my friends and families.
