Update - our main floor windows are now installed and we are extremely happy and continue to be impressed with the quality of the product and service. We noticed an immediate improvement in the noise reduction and temperate in the house. Oleg came through once again with his knowledge and product suggestions. The installer Thomas, and his colleague, braved extreme wind and cold to get the job done quickly and professionally. Oleh was excellent to deal with. He was honest and fair with the pricing. The installers; Michael and Arthur are knowledgeable and thorough. IMMEDIATELY after having our windows installed we checked the thermostat and it went from 23 to 25 degrees. No joke! My husband and I looked at each other and thought, wow...it is so warm in here! If you are unsure of doing the work, don't be. DO IT! The only thing we would have done differently is get the work done in the summer because having no windows in November isn't fun!
