I reached out to Rooterworx to deal with a fully clogged kitchen drain. This has been a recurring issue for us. Sergio responded quickly to my inquiry over a holiday weekend. He provided a few options for my issue including prices.

His team was on time and polite. The drain was heavily clogged but the team snaked and power flushed the drain until it was clear and cleaned up before they left.

We had a leak in a pipe in the wall. They responded quickly and put a plan in action right away. There was a broken pipe in the wall. They found it quickly, repaired it and now we don't have any more water leaking through the walls.

There was a flood in the basement and laundry room of our triplex. We contacted Homestars for a plumber to take care of our drain issue. One of the first groups to contact us was RooterWorks. Within three hours Sergio was out to access the problem. It was a complicated issue but it only took a few minutes for him to come up with the fix. His quote was fair and after we accepted it he had a crew out the next day. It was a miserable day but it didnt stop them from completing the work in good time. The issues was, as he said it would be. After correcting the problem they put everything back in place. We were completely happy with the work and if ever needed for some reason would have them back.

I am pleased with service provided by Oleg. His team Steve and Peter did an amazing job. They changed the old cast iron drain stack with PVC and did the rough-in drain for my new basement vanity. I am very happy with their service and will recommend them.

Sergio from RooterWorx came to unclog a basement drain that had been overflowing. He arrived at a timely manner and went above and beyond to wear plastic booties, unclog the drain, find the root cause of the problem in another difficult to access drain and offer temporary and permanent solutions to the problem. After the work was completed, he cleaned up and even took out the trash.

Had a blockage in our main drain line. The guys came in with cameras and a snake and found the issue was with the main. They came next day and did the job. Very fast service and excellent work done.
