My husband and I had a great experience with Tiana, Narges, and Hamid. They have excellent customer service, integrity, and are very accommodating to clients' needs/wants. Hamid went above and beyond by showing us a mock up of what our 2 bathroom renovations would look like and he was very thorough with the breakdown of the costs. They have a great selection of custom-made materials (tubs, toilets, vanities) and tiles that Narges, the designer, would help you choose from. We have been satisfied with Kitchen and Bath and would definitely recommend them to our family and friends!

We had our kitchen and powder room redone with Kitchen & Bath and they were excellent. Ali and his team were great. Ali would answer all of our questions and help us if anything came up. They did a complete gut job of our kitchen and powder room in 8 weeks just shy of the 5-7 they quoted us on. Before and After photos included.
We found the product selection process in the showroom also was great. We had Sofien helping us and he really helped us narrow down our choices.
Also, all their sub contractors were amazing. Especially the gentleman who installed the tile. He was so helpful with the design and some minor issues we ran into.
The project was overall great, we would highly recommend them to anyone doing a reno. We did have some constructive criticism to offer as feedback. Note that this was our experience and things may be different if the situation was different
- We had asked for a schedule a few times and didn't get one. We would check in with Ali at the start of each week and get a run down of when people were coming but would have appreciated a schedule or a weekly update. We were working from home so not a big deal but if you aren't home you might want to know when to expect people coming by. We also had a dog and wanted her out of the house on loud days
- A plumber showed up at 8:30pm at night and stayed to 11pm. We didn't know he was coming this late, and didn't want to turn him away to fall behind but it was a bit inconvenient. He was great though and did a good job!
- Deliveries for materials would just show up without any heads up. Again because we were home, not a huge deal, but a heads up would have been nice

I engaged Kitchen & Bath to provide us with an estimate to renovate my home.

The renovation included a brand new kitchen, new bathroom tiles, new custom vanities, new toilets, new tiles in foyer, painting of all walls and trims, new hardwood floors, and electrical and plumbing changes. Fortunately, Kitchen and Bath can do it all! Hamid and Jodie were very helpful and quick to turn around an accurate estimate for all the work in scope. They also have a large showroom which facilitates the process to select colours and materials. Jodie in particular was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of modern trends in interior design, kitchen design and materials. She has a very personable approach which makes the process of making tens of decisions about materials and design very enjoyable.

Ultimately, due to the high demand for Kitchen and Bath's services, and high demand for materials across Canada, we were unable to engage with them since we needed a contractor that could start our project sooner and that can guarantee the delivery of materials by specific dates. Nonetheless our experience during the estimate process was positive enough to leave a review.

I found Kichen & Bath via internet search. Felt very comfortable during my initial meeting and immediately booked my bathroom renovation. Team was very polite, clean and respectful of my home. Workmanship was wonderful. We had some challenges with moving plumbing and my team was incredibly talented and created to find a solution that would make me happy. We just finished our main floor project, which included kitchen, hardwood flooring, lighting, and powder room renovations, and couldn't be happier with the results. The K&B team (Hamid, Narges, and Ali) were outstanding, both with their recommendations, the quality of their work, and the timeliness of the project. I'd certainly recommend them, and will be using them for our next project. Just a GREAT experience!

Overall pleased with the final product. Kitchen looks great. Project went over scheduled time, primarily due to pandemic supply chain delays. Great team of contractors, Ali and his team were professional, courteous, communicated well !! Thanks to the Project Manager and I have to mention his dedication even with family tragedy in middle of project. Designer Narges, did an excellent job in helping us with layout and colour scheme. The administrative support could be improved but the project team and final product brought up the ratings . I would definitely use this company again and gladly recommend them

I am extremely happy with my kitchen and bathroom renovation by Kitchen and Bath Inc. One of their designers came to my home and then with my input created a design for my kitchen, plus assisted me to chose the materials like tiles, cupboards, etc. Everyone was helpful, pleasant and as accessible as was possible; from the project manager Ali, the tradesmen who came to my home, and anyone I spoke with on the phone. The workmanship is excellent and the tile work. - floor, shower, backsplash - is outstanding. I had my bathtub removed and replaced with a beautiful, large shower with built in bench. In my tiny kitchen they added cupboards, and counterspace which I didn't think was possible, plus extra electrical outlets and a custom drawer (at my request), under sink garbage bins, a spice drawer - which have all greatly increased the efficiency of my kitchen - plus it's beauiful. During the renovation the crew kept the site clean, and didn't leave any residual garbage. All the tradesmen who came to my home were respectful of me and my home. Everyone respected the covid protocols at all times. As there were some delays in sourcing materials the job went over projected finish date by just a few days. Living through a renovation is not pleasant and I dreaded it but it went quite smoothly and the final result was well worth it.

We were looking to renovate our bathroom with just a facelift. Hamid was superb at giving the right suggestions and making the best out of our investment. Great experience with the kitchen and Bath team. Highly recommend their services.

I gave kitchen n bath idea's and they made a drawing of it, they custom made my kitchen just the way I wanted it. They were fast and efficient. Excellent quality cupboards. I absolutely love my new kitchen.

The COVID-19 pandemic has made us feel very tough when some unexpected things happened. A week ago, I found that my shower column was broken and a lot of water flew out as I turned off the shower. I tried to send an email to Tiana who is a designer for my home renovation project at Kitchen & Bath. I was so surprised to get her response very quickly and promised that their management team including Amir and Shawn will take care of this issue to order new panel for me. I am so touched for Tiana’s professional work attitude with customers. Next day I got a Shawn’s call and asked me about the shower column issue. Today their technician Kosta did excellent work to replace new shower column for my house and also gave a kind reminder for my shower celling problem. The whole process is very transparency. Their service team Tiana and Shawn keep very good communication with me. I am so impressive for their excellent customer service during this pandemic! As their previous customer, my own experience tells me how important to find an excellent company like Kithcen & Bath in the market. I definitely recommend them to my friends. Also, I would like to say many thanks to Hamid’s leadership role for Kitchen & Bath routine running during this special period.
