I have a large property that would take hours to cut the grass if I did it myself.

Luckily I discovered the TPS team and have a contract with them every spring/summer for the past 4 years.

They maintain my lawn/property every 2 weeks and its quick and easy.

Waterproofing my basement done proper !

I had issues with my basement that needed to addressed. I needed a solution so I called Toronto property solutions and I spoke with a cheery jolly guy named Nick. He was very friendly and great to deal with during the entire process. The price was reasonable and the work quality and timing was great. These guys are pros.

Cedar privacy fence & Sod

Fences & Gates review in Whitby

We were wanting to get a cedar privacy fence for a while now and finally did it when we needed new sod. Our backyard is transformed! We dealt with Nick and he was amazing through the whole process start to finish. The cedars turned out amazing and my grass looks like it's out of a magazine, couldn't be happier. Thanks again!
