Michael did a great job starting from doing the initial quote based on inspection and then finally offering different solutions to get it without any hassle. He made sure that its cost effective and solve the requirement.

Clearspan had done home projects that we were very pleased with. When a government grant was awarded to the Burlington Legion for Covid-spread-avoidance washrooms, Clearspan was our first choice to implement the changes to hands-free controls for the 8 washrooms. The work was done professionally and to everyones satisfaction and within quotation/budget.
Would highly recommend Clearspan for residential and commercial projects requiring a variety of trades skills.

A professional in every sense. Michael combines creative design with disciplined execution. I most appreciated Michael's:

1) Experience which allowed us to design the best solution for my family,
2) Documentation of project elements on a quote, and
3) Delivering quality on time and on budget.

Even more impressive is how he achieved all this despite public health restrictions and supply chain constraints during the pandemic.

Michael from Clearspan Construction was recommended from a Family Friend who has used Clearspan Consctuction for several renovations to their Home and investment properties. Michael was able to provide a very fair priced quote and a fast completion time of 4 days for our particular job. Michael was able to do a fantastic job and complete the project on time. I would recommend Clearspan Construction to anyone who needs an honest, hard working contractor... We will certainly be using Clearspan again!

I definite recommend Clearspan Construction

With a very professional and friendly approach, Michael had great ideas that complemented and improved my own. He, along with his team, fixed and painted walls and ceilings and impeccably renovated one washroom in my home. They took care of everything and left everything in superb condition. They completed the job on time and within budget. It was a pleasure to have them working in my home. I do recommend him, as an honest and very professional person.

Michael is VERY meticulous and EXTREMELY professional. Provides free advice (and he has tons of creative ideas). Have worked with him for over 10 years. He is also flexible and reasonable with his pricing. Am NOT YET done with Clearspan Construction. More projects coming. Strong endorsement
