I met Henry at the front and described to him the problem I was having with my S5 Samsung. He did a quick trouble shoot with me about what was happening and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced the antenna and charger port immediately and the phone was fully functional again. I have already recommended him to some friends and will do so in the future. Top notch service and a very friendly business owner.

Henry is utterly amazing. I have fairly bad anxiety and panic attacks regarding my technology when it fails. I have very sentimental documents and images on all of my devices and have had many issues with them. When I lost all my photos on my cell phone, I was devastated. My computer was also old and out of date and completely full. The fan was so loud I could barely hear anything other than that, it ran so slowly and I could not do any updates because the storage was so full. Henry was so understanding of my fears around losing data and was incredibly patient with me, explaining every thing he was doing, every step of the way. He transferred and backed up all of my data and set my computer up with double the storage, a quiet fan and the speed was as if it was a brand new computer ( and no i did not lose any data, and when i turned it on, it looked exactly the same as when I last used it). Regarding my phone... Henry was able to locate all of my photos and assist me in backing up my data. I was so beyond grateful for everything he did. Thankfully I had a pleasant experience with him as I not long after had a "brain fart" moment and locked myself out of my cell phone which I need to conduct my work daily. Again, panic set in, and I thankfully was able to use Siri to call out... the one name I thought to call that I knew would save the day... Henry. And he was there to rescue me once again. Not only was he there right away but he walked me through the steps over the phone and logged in to my computer remotely to assist with my issues right on the spot. He was able to update all necessary apps on my computer and install the new software on my cell phone completely remotely, all while ensuring to save my data. While I dislike my attachment to my devices, I know many of us encounter these issues and I can say from someone like me who goes into extreme panic mode ( just ask henry) , you can trust that he will be able to help and will be completely honest and transparent about everything he is doing. Thank you soooo much Henry for everything you have done for me, and I am sure, knowing my forgetful self, everything you will continue to do for me in the future should I need it. I will recommend you to everyone I know. If I could give you more than 5 stars I truly would. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!

Purchased a used cell phone from 6tech. Had it up and running in 1/2. Saved my informatiin on the phone and transferred it to a reasonably priced phone. He was very careful in asking questions to determine the best phone for me. A problem with the phone occurred within 2 weeks of having it and Henry replaced it after having given me a 30 day warranty.

Also purchased a used Mac and I didn't follow instructions and advice from Henry. Downloaded and got a virus or two. Computer would not even turn on.
Henry had my computer up and uniting AND protected (somehow I bypassed virus protectiin) and happily have not had one moments problem since. The computer is homework for family as well as family finances and exploring. All function perfectly.

Recently my Hp laptop crashed out of the blue at a time when I needed to access important docs on it urgently. And bringing my laptop to Henry, the owner of 6ix Tech, was hands down the best decision I've made! He managed to recover ALL of my files quickly and affordably!! I am extremely happy and satisfied with his amazing service and I would highly recommend him to anyone I know!
