Nick was knowledgeable, professional, transparent, and extremely prompt when we had questions. We recently had our circa 1920’s duct work replaced/optimized for proper airflow and had a ductless unit installed in a third floor master bedroom where an air return was not feasible.

Their service was great! The technician came in right at the scheduled time and was extremely professional and organized. He gave some great tips on how to best use and maintain our AC unit. Hopefully it doesn’t break again but if another issue comes up, we definitely plan on using them again.

Nick was an amazing find! Not only did he work within my budget, but he secured a ductless AC system during the heatwave in Toronto. When my tenants were told that he could not do the job right away as he was booked up, he bought a window ductless AC for them to use temporarily. He came back to instruct them how to use the system. Very committed and professional.

Nick fit us into his busy schedule and solved our problem so we could continue our showings and ultimately sell our house. Much appreciated Nick. We decided this spring that it was time to replace our furnace and air conditioner. I received three quotes based on home stars reviews. We choose Interior Home Solutions because of Nick. Nick came over to review our situation and provide a quote. What sets him apart though was his ability to explain the nuance of HVAC systems and how it applied to our situation. I also trusted that Nick would work harder than some of his competitors to solve a tricky ventilation issue. Based on these two factors, we chose Interior Climate Solutions and a Goodman unit for both. Nick and team installed the furnace and AC about a week later (we weren't in a rush since the old unit still worked). They showed up on time and were clean and courteous throughout. Whenever I had questions during the close to 9 hour installation process, Nick took the time to answer. And Nick was able to solve the ventilation issue despite how time consuming it was to do. It was a very good experience.

Nick and his team came in to my place identified the problem and offered to fix before flat out replacing the unit. I decided to replace the unit anyway and he was to work right away on not leaving me stranded without air conditioning. The install was done quickly and cleanly and he even helped after the install to explain to me how to make the most of the new unit so he doesn’t have to come back too soon. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good HVAC tech and will be making sure all my future needs are done by him.

I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received from Nick. From day one, he always returned my calls/texts right away and when he said he would call, he did. Any competent HVAC technician can install an air conditioner, but Nick goes above and beyond where customer service is concerned. He is personable and caring. That being said, he is extremely knowledgeable about his products and how they function. I would highly recommend Nick.

Nick and his team helped me out on the Friday before a long weekend when our 15+ year old A/C went off into the sunset. After some very clear communication on the phone, Nick had secured a replacement unit and booked me in for that Sunday (again, long weekend!).
