We clearly informed you that we require to do a Diagnosis Service Call in order to determine the exact issue to be able to provide you with the exact repair price. We were honest with you and we told that it is a matter of broken-detached hose that we were able to fix without parts.
We have provided you with the estimated repair price that you approved (It was $250 + tax and not the $282.50 + tax (Average rate on the market for such a job, the washer is inclosed in cabinet)). The quote was given to you clearly and you approved and paid it in the end of the repair.
Everything is working fine and no concerns with that except that for some reason you decided to call and threaten us with the reviews for the refund.
Claiming and blaming that other companies gave you a lower price. In this case you need just refuse the quote and call other company and God knows what results you get there for cheaper repair.
We are professional and licensed specialists, fully insured and we stand behind the quality that we provide and that's where the price comes from.
We have tried to contact you to resolve the case and you simply hangs up and blames that we called and yelled and threatened you.
