After hiring 3 other companies/techs to inspect and asses a mold concern in a basement apartment and being told 3 different levels of concern, very confusing process.

A&E was our 4th inspection and should have been our first! SEAN was amazing! very responsive and thorough. He explained in great detail the level concern for us specifically, he told us exactly how to rectify the issue and specific preventative measures for the future. VERY IMPRESSED with his level of professionalism and punctuality. Very nice man! Would recommend SEAN 10/10.

I noticed some black mold in my basement wall near the colder room area, Shawn replied me right away with my concerns, and after detail inspection, he offered me the most cost effective way of handling my concern. very happy about the service and highly recommended.

Sean is a highly skilled, caring, courteous and honest professional, a rare combination these days. He answered my call late at night to discuss all my questions. Within less than 24 hrs of placing the request for a visit, he came to our house to inspect for mold and educated on waterproofing our house. A truly knowledgeable and trustworthy professional. He does not charge enough for this level of service. Highly recommended!

Sean was very pleasant and courteous. He inspected my attic and basement for molds and made a few recommendations but the actual condition was such that mold removal wasn't necessary. I offered him to compensate for the gas for the trip at least but he kept refusing to be paid.
