satisfied w/ product (window/ 2x door), which so far is OK but it's only been a few months. very unsatisfied with company's service, communications & quality control. no follow up by email or phone. ordered dec 2020, still waiting for completion of job 13-14 months later. doors installed June 2021, windows Aug 2021, but missing bug screens.
while pandemic supply chain issue can explain some of the delays, the real problem is communicating any delays and shortcomings. best example is installation of missing screens feb 07, 2022. not only is the paint wrong (white instead of black), the sizes are consistently wrong too. Nordik has the drawings of the windows, they manufactured and installed them already, how can they be so off?? and does nobody control the product before it goes out to client? complete lack of competence AND quality control. Nordik installer was speechless too, then took detailed dimensions and issued report. still waiting to hear back from Nordik customer service about screw-up on their end, an expedited delivery schedule (!!) and re-book appointment for final (????) installation!
