Excellent sales technique (to get your money)......terrible everything else. They were very professional when they wanted to sell me their windows. Told me the quality is the best around and will qualify for the Greener homes Grant, and put me in touch with a company to do an evaluation. I paid $450 for the initial evaluation and $280 for the final. When the final evaluation was completed the other company asked for the Energy Star Label from Nordik. I called and they sent an email saying: here is your contract and the Enerstar labels. There were no labels attached. I called again to be told that basement windows do not qualify. Why would they go out of their way to tell me about the government program, put me in touch with an evaluator...only to not qualify. In addition, there were problems throughout even getting the windows installed. When they booked the date to install the windows they cancelled and never got back to me with a new date. I had to call for months with no response until finally someone said the sales person no longer worked there. There sent a new guy to measure AGAIN and he was very confused as to why he needed to measure when they sent someone months previously to do it. Months went by again with no response after the second measurement. Again repeated phone calls until 9 months after I paid them they finally said someone would come do it on the Christmas holidays even though the offices were closed. I waited all day until the installer called saying that he saw that he was scheduled to install a window but he was on holidays. Absolutely ridiculous experience from beginning to end. The installer was very nice and helpful and the window itself was ok, but I still have the rusted old frame (they did tell me they would not replace the frame) but they could not fit on the siding so it is just spray foam all over...that they told me to cut myself with an exacto knife.

Excellent customer service ( Sherry and Jennifer ) and excellent installation crew ( Dario and Andre ). Very knowledgeable and understanding. They were fantastic.

Love our new entrance, french doors and bathroom window. They let so much light into our home and are very well constructed (no more drafty doors!)

Ordered an expensive door from Nordik - for delivery in May/June for a construction project. We made it clear that we needed that May/June delivery. (ordered Feb. 14, 2022) and paid almost $1000 down). Called in April (several times - no answer) and finally heard back that the order had not been started. And that delivery was delayed to Sept. 2022 - way past our must-have need date. We called and called, texted, and emailed. No replies. Tried to cancel our order then later in April. Finally that was acknowledged and they said they were KEEPING the down payment (even though they hadn't started on the door)! I am STILL trying to contact them, and have no response.
I have no idea how to get a hold of them. They are non-responsive.

I would not recommend this company at all!

We received quotations from 3 area well know Window Companies in this area. We chose to go with a long lasting quality product instead of the lowest cost. Nordik Windows are guaranteed for parts and labour for 25 years. You get what you pay for and we had 3 Window Contractors including Nordik review our Window Requirements. Nordik was not the lowest cost but upon review of their plan and materials it was evident that the other two Window Firms could not come close to matching the quality of the product! Nordiks Representative Nidal was extremely knowledgeable of their product and his presentation made the difference. He was very genuine and respectful. We are looking forward to the installation of our new Sunroom Windows this coming fall.

The experience with the Nordik team was fantastic right from the sales rep through to installation. The installation team, especially Roman, knew what they were doing and kept the area they were working in clean. Install was done quickly however they did take the time to show me what they were doing step by step. I was nervous about doing a cut out however, right from the beginning, it was clear that Roman knew what he was doing. Would highly recommend.

In April ordered 4 windows they said would be end of August or September. They were installed May 26. Thank you Skylar for dealing with us in a low key no pressure atmosphere. Joseph & Chris thank you for a quick and great installation. Thanks also for being very careful not to damage shrubs. We had a small issue with loose screens that were immediately taken care of by Dusan. He also gave valuable information on maintenance of the windows. Do not call the accounting dept. as you will get an answering machine instead call Catarina customer service and she will help you right away. I needed an invoice to give to the Energuy
Company to complete my 2nd assessment linked to the Federal Greener Homes Grant. Perhaps, the installation crew could bring that along and give it to you after you pay them. I will be getting $1000 grant from the Greener Homes Grant once all the paper work is done. Nordik installs windows with a rating of 40 or more which gives you $250 per window from the Federal Grant Program. The windows look great, the follow up service call for the screens was fast and customer service is quick, efficient and pleasant. Thank you Nordik.

Installers were excellent. Quality of windows and doors were above my expectation. It really looks impressive.

The installer showed up early and got to working on the window's right away. He was very efficient and did a fantastic job.

Got a newer shinier windows , windows look and feel more solid. Noticed less noise in the house from outside (as I am close to the airport, it is critical). Installation crew was professional, completed installation within one day. Overall experience is very satisfactory , beginning with sales rep Ashley.
