Nightmare DO NOT BUY WINDOWS FROM THIS COMPANY

Moving & Storage review in Hamilton

We purchased 10 windows from this company! I will never recommend Nordik to anyone! This has been a nightmare from the date we purchased and installation has been 5 times and still they have not completed the job. The work is sloppy and it looks terrible. Today, again they came to finish the job, left again leaving one window not done and the parts of the window in the room and outside the window a mess!
Terrible service and having to constantly call them over and over again to come and fix the problems. Do yourself a favour and DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM NORDIK WINDOWS.

Side Garage Door

Garage Doors & Hardware review in Pickering

Door was ordered in April, 2022 to be delivered in September due to supply chain issues (a sign of our times). Nordik kept in touch by email every month to advise status on order. Installation was done in September including cladding of trim. A very good looking installation. One problem was the provision of a deadbolt with no door handle. However the installers spoke to the back office and I spoke with their installation customer service who was very professional and timely with their response. Replacement hardware was provided & installed the following day. Yes I would recommend Nordik.
