My windows were finally installed after 152 weeks. I bought my windows before Covid and they just finished the install. I cant even explain how many problems and issues Ive had with this company, please please please do yourself a favour and stay away. Go to better business bureau, read the reviews listen to what the people have to say. Ive had three years of problems. I will need hours to list them here. I was actually offered $500 to sign a form not to tell the people what experience Ive had.

Victor and Max put in a very long day to get all of our windows installed. They were very friendly and did great work. The windows look great, and we are looking forward to seeing the savings on our heating bill.

James, the salesperson that came originally was great. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. There are a lot of window replacement companies out there, but he made the decision easy for us. He got the ball rolling early and the turnaround on our windows was quicker than expected, though our patio door was delayed - which wasnt a priority anyway. Cody came for the remeasure and was friendly and efficient.

All of the staff we worked with at Nordik made the process smooth and easy. Some of the windows have very minor deficiencies, and when we reached out to Nordik they got back to us very quickly. I get the feeling that their warranty will cover any issues we have now, and any going forward. We will be asking for Victor and Max when its time to replace our patio door.

Great installers, efficient measuring pro but salesman made a promise he could not achieve with respect to digging out window wells and did not call me when asked to . Good thing my sons had my back

Excellent professional service. Not only are the new windows excellent quality, the installers ensured that my floors were protected while work was completed. They also ensured that the frame was properly adjusted as it is an older house and needed components replaced. Friendly, amazing people and excellent products overall. Highly recommend!

We chose Nordik after reviewing bids from a few companies. Ultimately we decided on Nordik because of the warranty and quality, and ther sales rep quickly got the process going. After a decently large hiccup with the measurements and a false start for the install for our project (based on bad measuring the first time), our experience today was great. Alexey and his crew are true professionals. He remeasured the whole job after it was botched by someone else and he made sure everything was spot on for the install today. He managed the entire project expertly and was a pleasure to deal with. The crew let our house and our yard spotless.

We requested him specifically to come and do the door we are having put in next month as a result.

Do not under any circumstances trust Nordik with your doors and windows. This is a low quality product offered by a company which does not standby its own warranty. The process of working with this company has been an absolute nightmare with 7 windows and two doors taking over 1.5 years and 7 installations attempts to install in a mediocre manner. Elements of the doors and windows broke within 3 months of install and when we call for service, the calls are simply not returned or actioned. Outstanding repairs have now stretched over a year with no action by Nordik.

Nordik is an untrustworthy outfit and I would caution any homeowners or builders to spend their money elsewhere.
