Nordik's quote came in between two other companies in terms of price. Their sales rep was friendly, knowledgeable and had some good recommendations that lead us to eliminate the sidelight and go with a larger door. The manufacturing time was longer than I expected and hoped to have it installed a little sooner, but it was worth the wait as we love the look of our new door. The installation crew were professional and efficient.

The product and service was a great experience. The installers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I had shopped around and Nordik was very affordable. I will recommend to both family and friends of this company

I would recommend this company for sure. They are honest people, punctual and cleaned up after themselves when done. Sliding door seems to be of great quality both door and hardware.

The windows are great and the service man was excellent he had to make a few adjustments to the windows as the measurement was of a little but he sure new his job. I Would recommend this company and very much so the installer.

I had Nordic windows and doors come in for an installation of 14 windows by front door entrance and rear patio sliding door. The customer service at Nordic was amazing. Josianna answered all my questions about the answers right away if she did not have it for me at the time.

I was very impressed with the service I received from the installer Darcy. He called in the morning to let me know when we was going to arrive and was on time. He was very professional. Made sure that he did not bring in any dirt, cleaned up after himself even thou I told him I would do the cleanup. The trim around my windows are so perfect these 2 windows are the best looking windows in the house. For this reason I would recommend and have recommended Northern Comfort. Good Experience all around.

I had a great customer experience with Nordik and would highly recommend them for your windows. The service was excellent. Everything was on time. All the service personnel were very professional.

We had 8 windows replaced in our home. The installation went without a hitch; however, a few of the windows installed seemed to allow cold air into the home. We had a couple of visits by the company and they were very helpful to help resolve the issue. Most recently we had Daniel in our home and he replaced the last window. He was polite and considerate as he worked to resolve our issue.
