My home is a custom built house and installing a new front door was a bit of a challenge but the Nordik team was good to follow through until I was satisfied. The last touch was Ian doing the trim around the door and transom. He did a great job cutting bits and pieces to match other trim in my home. Great job and thanks. Robin

Great in home sales, salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. Installation crew were excellent, fast and left no mess. The windows are beautiful easy to open and really made a big difference.

We had windows installed earlier this week and I was extremely happy with the installers Alexey and Zorro. They were very professional, polite and hard working. The quality of their work was high. Due to the location of the windows I thought it would be a difficult installation but everything went smoothly and they finished in 1 day.

Installation of the trim and re-installation of the California shutters was also good. Unfortunately the company did not provide the trim for my shaped windows so they were unable to finish the job, not their fault.

I am waiting for the company to send someone to complete the job. Hope that is soon. Other that that hiccup I am happy.

Ordered windows and custom door with side lights. Sales rep was excellent and provided pictures of what final door would look like. Installation went very well. Very professional service. Asked for minor adjustments on installation and they were done immediately at no additional cost. Very friendly and committed to service excellence and customer satisfaction. I used Nordic for these windows since we had already used them earlier when we did the doors and the majority of the windows in our house. We replaced our front door with a new glass insert steel door. They did an amazing job on the installation especially on the caulking around the door and brick. Awesome.

I had all the windows on the main level replaced, 11 in total plus two sliding doors. The windows were scheduled to be replaced over 2 days. They showed up right at 8AM on the first day and everything was complete by 2PM, no second day required! (The sliding doors were scheduled at a later dste.) The install team were fast, courteous, and professional. The new windows made an immediate improvement. Not only do they look great, my windows no longer fog up. Nordik had the best price compared to other companies quoted on the job and the windows were more efficient. I am looking forward to saving some $$$ in the winter.

We purchased 5 casement windows and 2 sliding patio doors for a first floor home renovation. From the sales experience with Ryan to the installation process, we had a very good and positive experience. Quality of the windows and doors are excellent. Quite impressed with the style of the trim...makes the windows standout nicely. Would definitely be looking to hire Nordik windows again when we do the second floor renovations.
