Nordik Windows And Doors service follow-up
I had 7 Nordik windows put in in 2023. Very well done by Nordik -- responsive and thorough. At the time, their rep joked, "This is the start of a 25-year relationship", referring to their warranty and service. I didn't think I would need them anytime soon, given how good the windows were the first winter.
But in the summer of 2024, I accidentally broke one of the arms connecting the crank to the outside window, so I had to contact Nordik about getting it fixed. They were very responsive in getting an appointment set up that worked for me. Cody came out and indicated a part now needed replacing. Wilzon followed up on July 2nd to install the part. He was very quick and not only described what he was doing, he also gave me tips on how to handle the window and the screen.
I am very impressed with Nordik and their technicians, and I highly recommend them. Thanks, Nordik !
