This is our second renovation with Triforce Construction. They turned our very outdated basement into a beautiful in-law suite for my mom. The suite included a brand new kitchen and bathroom with a renovated bedroom and living room. They also thought to install a chair lift to make it easier for my mom. They are a very professional and trustworthy company that I would not hesitate to use for any future renovations

Triforce designed a terrific kitchen for me which opened up the existing space and made it far more aesthetically pleasing and functional. My new kitchen is light-filled, sleek, and well organized. They had superb advice concerning appliance and countertop options. The project ended up costing a fraction of what I had originally anticipated and included many features I thought were out of my price range.

Moreover, they didnt just hand off a design but worked with contractors to make sure everything arrived and was installed according to plan. I would recommend Triforce unconditionally!

Reinforce Construction did a wonderful remodel of our laundry room. This was the second time we have worked with Triforce, and we would highly recommend them.

Triforce Construction did a main and second floor renovation for me on a 120 year old home. The home had never been renovated and needed a lot of updating. With all of the work that needed to be done, they managed to get it done on time for my move in date. They were professional and were easy to work with. They provided me with a app/schedule that I can track on my phone so I can see the week by week progress. This was very helpful for knowing when to schedule deliveries and when to provide items on site for.

The Triforce team was fantastic to work with. From design to completion, we always felt our project was as important to them as it was to us. They turned our dark and dreary kitchen into a kitchen of our dreams. Friendly and professional, we loved having them in our home and highly recommend them.

My husband and I hired Triforce Construction to complete a full home renovation including:
- new kitchen
- adding ensuite bathroom
- relocating laundry to upper level
- new stair railing
- new floors, trim, paint throughout

The following is where we feel Triforce excelled:
- Greg and Sean have absolutely exceptional customer service
- They use a software program to track progress and budget and to communicate
- They have an in house designer (Christine) who handles drawings and helps with selections and finishes
- Construction manager, Dave, is hardworking, funny, and very committed to working with homeowners
- With all projects big and small there will always be surprises. Triforce is committed to working through surprises and their focus is on homeowner happiness
- Overall, Triforce cares about their business and homeowners and they are always available and extremely responsive

The following is where we feel Triforce can improve their business:
- Majority of the project went off without a hitch and was on time, however the "final stretch" of finishing touches needs improvement
- As homeowners who have done many renos in the past, we know all large projects will require touch ups. We feel the touch up phase was too long and we continue to find areas where touch ups are required
- With Triforce growing their business quickly, we noticed that sometimes the sub trades did not have high quality finishes and the construction manager wasn't able to be on site daily to inspect and monitor the sub trades.

In summary, Triforce was great to work with and our home turned out nice and we're happy. However, I encourage Triforce to plan for better finishes and less touch ups on future projects.

We had a complete renovation of the main floor of a 1940's home. Two walls were removed, support beams were installed, a patio door put in, the kitchen was moved, and a bathroom added. Triforce did a terrific job.

The project was to take down a wall to join our kitchen and dining room. We initially had concerns about the dust as we were living in the house during the reno. The barriers they put up and the care they put in to keeping the rest of the house dust free was amazing. You wouldn't have known half of the main floor was under construction. The extra care and finishing touches they put in to the project were awesome.
They always had time to answer any questions and address any items we would bring up. Great people all around.

Everything from the initial consultation to the completion of the job was done so professionally. I was very happy with the process and the final outcome. I was walked through exactly what to expect every step of the way.
