Mike and his crew from Forestwood Tree Service trimmed and shaped our very large Japanese Yew (J4 ft high x 14 ft diameter), and an Eastern Redbud tree.

Mike and his crew were great. The job was well organized and each team member knew their role and did it with a smile on their face.

The crew are knowledgeable, polite and constantly sought our feedback on their suggestions to make our Yew and Eastern Redbud look better and keep them healthy for years to come. They were also very open and receptive to any suggestions we made. They communicated clearly, had a sense of humour and got along well with us as well as each other. They were a pleasure to deal with.

The work area was kept very clean and they cleaned up the area very well after they were done.

Mike and the crew at Forestwood Tree Service were brought in to remove and prune some elm trees. We are very pleased with their outstanding service, as was the case on their previous work. There was minimal, but really unavoidable, damage to an underlying shrub during removal of one tree. The cleanup was thorough and the job was well organized and completed in the time estimated. We had Mike and his crew from Forestwood Tree Service at our house yesterday to trim and shape our cedar hedges that line our back yard.

The hedges are about 25 feet tall and had suffered some winter damage to several of the limbs from heavy snow and ice. They manages to save the damaged limbs by strapping them back into the main trunks, keeping those trees full and intact. They also trimmed and pruned a major pine tree.

When all work was finished, the crew cleaned up every bit of debris, leaving us with beautiful retreat. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Mike and his amazing, professional team for any similar project you might have.

I would not hesitate to hire Forestwood Tree Service for any of my tree service needs. This Family run company is top-notch. They are knowledgeable, polite, and best of all efficient and reasonably priced. They made their suggestions to us on what they would be doing to our 35-year-old Maple tree to make it look better and to keep it healthy for years to come. The were very eager to get our feedback on what they were going to do and also were very receptive and actioned any requests that we made to them. They left no mess and our yard was actually cleaner than when they arrived.

Mike and his crew are very courteous, professional and knowlegdeable. They did an absolutely fantastic and clean job. They also trimmed the neighbour's tree at the property line. I could not possibly find a more efficient service at this cost. I would definitely use his services again.

Forestwood Tree service came and gave me a free estimate of what work should be done on my line of cedars. They scheduled the work for the next week and arrived on the agreed upon time and quickly removed the 4 cedars I needed down. I am having them back in the fall to cut back a very tall cedar that is getting excessively bent over in heavy snow falls. They did a great job at a reasonable price.

My tree removal could not have happened without the help of the whole team. Super easy to work with, professional pleasant and always great communication and follow up. Tree removal and clean up excellent. Highly recommend I greatly appreciated their dedication and support.

My backyard was full of hedges, bushes, and a huge apple tree. All the hedges and bushes are all gone, and the tree is nicely trimmed. So much brighter now, and the neighbours are happier not having any overgrown hedges looming over their yards. The crew came on time, very friendly and courteous, worked very very efficiently, and the clean-up was amazing. Thank you so much, it was worth every penny.

Thank you to Mike and his hardworking team who did an excellent job pruning my silver maple tree. The team were all very personable and worked quickly and took special care to not damage any of the surrounding vegetation. Afterwards they cleaned up the job site perfectly.
