Rayan and his assistant arrived when they said they would, did a very thorough job of cleaning the ducts and explained what the process was as they went along. The ducts in our house, which was built in 1948, had never been cleaned to my knowledge so it was quite an eye opener to see the amount of debris that was in them. They also cleaned the air conditioning coil and furnace blower at an extra cost. They were also very dirty. I will certainly use Mint Duct Cleaning again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Very professional gentlemen showed up on time,explained everything, answered all my questions. I got promotion discount through their kijiji Ad. It's worth every penny. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Ray arrived at my home even before I did ready to work with his trainee. He was extremely helpful and thought of great ways to solve issues with my dated and complicated system. He was also extremely thorough and constantly updated me showing me before and after what the ducts looked like and explained everything that was happening. (His trainee also gave me helpful hints for painting my walls as he saw I was struggling - ha!) thank you both for making this service a breeze especially for me being a first time home owner!!

Many times I read reviews and often I think that family, friends or workers write their own reviews but I can assure you I'm a real customer and rarely do I come across companies with good prices and good service. One or the other are always compromised. Ray, owner and worker, has a good aura. He is well mannered, professional and an effective communicator. From the moment he walked in the house his words were of concern for my satisfaction. I am sure there are other good companies out there but very few can match up to the price and professionalism of Ray; as well, his work does not fall short to anyone as I am very satisfied with his results. Ray did a fantastic job. He did everything he said he would do. Very professional and courteous. Ducts cleaned well along with the AC coils and blower. Willing to answer any questions I had and explained everything to me. I'd recommend this company to people I know.

We called Mint Duct Cleaning on a Sunday evening expecting to leave a message but Ray picked up and offered very upfront pricing & description of his services. He showed the very next day not just on time but early (which says a lot).

We have two young kids at home and he was kind enough to accommodate their nap schedule. Not only did he do a very professional and thorough job of cleaning our ducts, air return, AC coils, etc... he made sure to explain what he is about to do so we know what to expect next.

Our recently finished basement made it hard for Ray to access some of our lines so he had to get creative with drilling a few access points (also explained to me prior to drilling). This was added work for him and he could have very well not done it without me knowing the difference.

All in all, I highly recommended Ray and his team to anyone looking for duct cleaners. We look forward to having them back in 2 years.
