Mint Duct Cleaning

We just completed a total house renovation and required our ducts cleaned as they were full of drywall dust and other debris. Ray came out and was very communicative with me through the entire process and was very thorough and diligent with his work. I would definitely use Mint again!

I called 3 companies thru Homestars and Ray immediately answered the phone. He explained on the phone exactly what he would be doing. He showed my husband the video camera and also showed all the dust and dirt and especially the dryer vent. It had been 7 yrs and really happy I called Ray and will book his service every 2 yrs.

Mint Duct Cleaning were extremely professional. They did a great job of cleaning our ducts post reno and explained everything as they went along.

The gentlemen at Mint duct cleaning did a fantastic job of cleaning the ducts. They showed me the before and an spotless after. They were meticulous and careful. I would highly recommend them.

Ray come down multiple times as we had to cancel due to our renovations taking up more time. Ray was very understanding and super nice about it. As to why we went with Mint duck cleaning. Ray did a great job. Walked us through the whole thing. Showed us pictures of before and afters. He did an great job and i would recommend him to all my family and friends.

Ray answered my call promptly, arrived on time in the morning, Ray is very knowledgeable and helpful, explained to me what he is going to do and showed me the photos before and after the work. Ray (Mint Duct cleaning) responded within minutes to my request for service offering full service including duct cleaning and sanitizing at a fair cost.
Ray was able to accommodate my schedule and showed up on time on the morning of the service to take place .

Ray checked the status of the furnace as well as all the duct's slots to ensure the heat system work well followed by detailed explanation about how the work will be done and what I should expect .
Ray followed the steps which he described which included attachments of a large pipe to vacuum the dust, push the dust to the main duct from which he "trapped and vacuumed " the dust while monitoring the process via an internal camera inside the ducts.
To complete the process Ray used a biological detergent for sanitizing.

On top, although was not included at the initial quotation ,Ray cleaned the A/C duct as well with no additional charge.

The work was done professionally and to my full satisfaction
I will most certainly will use Mint Duct services again

I am extremely happy with the service and work done by Mint Duct Cleaning. Ray was super communicative, thorough and really went above and beyond. I had my ducts cleaned about a year ago and felt like the previous company didn’t do a good job because my house still seemed dusty and my furnace filters were very dirty. Ray showed me live video when he was cleaning my main lines and I was shocked at how much debris and dust there was in there. Clearly the previous company didn’t do a good job. I have never felt so confident that my ducts were actually cleaned properly because Ray will show you every step of the way what he is doing (with before and after photos and live video).
