Mint Duct Cleaning

Mint Duct Cleaning did a fantastic job. I selected the Gold package as we hadn't done the dryer vent *ever* and I don't even remember if the furnace had been done before. We've been in the house for 10 years and had the ducts cleaned twice, once just after we moved in and another time about 4 years ago... yet there was still building material in the duct work! I can only assume that the previous cleaners had not done a proper job in cleaning. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mint's services. It's worth paying a fair price for proper service than saving a few bucks and not getting the job done right.

I would like to add that they are very professional and explain all the steps along the way so you know what's going on. They even show you the cleaning as it's taking place with before and after photos. It's reassuring to know that they've done a good job and you aren't paying for the noise. :D I will definitely be calling Mint Duct Cleaning for future services.

Arrived on time, working Efficiently, very through. Sammy and Ray provided complete explanation of all the work down. Provided before and after pictures and video. Cleaned up after they were done. The equipment used (including the big vacuum in the back of the truck) looked tidy and well cared for.

Ray and Sammy showed up early and set to work right away. Ray was extremely professional in explaining the process and covered all aspects of the cleaning thoroughly. You can tell quality in their attention to detail and in going the extra mile to ensure everything is cleaned properly. As new owners of a home, we now have the peace of mind that the ducts are clean and sanitized. Ray also showed footage of the ducts being cleaned which was awesome! The job was done very professionally. Pictures of before and after we’re taken. A video of the cleaning so I could watch the cleaning in process.
He asked permission to move something to enable access. Showed me that every hole had been plugged. My furnace doesn’t turn on as much as before and runs smoother. I have already made recommendations to friends about this company.
