This was the first time I had gotten the ducts cleaned at my townhouse. Ray came in and was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the different options I had and was very honest with his opinion. I came away extremely impressed with their service and would 100% recommend their business to anyone. Today I had Ray and his team member in to clean our ducts, furnace and dryer vent. I went with the Gold package and was very pleased with his professionalism and the results. He took time to answer my questions prior to the visit and even showed me and explained to me everything he was doing while he also captured video and photos. Ray was very personable and honest and I felt totally comfortable having him and his team in my home.

So impressed, fabulous service. Would definitely recommend Ray to anyone in need of this service. He was professional, friendly, kept me informed along the way with useful videos of exactly what was going on. He went waaay over and above in terms of helping us out with a dryer vent issue, he kept his word and came back to help us out after doing another two jobs in between. We couldn't be happier. Don't bother looking anywhere else for this service!

Job well done. Ray and one of his team member were home today to cleaned the ducts. Ray is a friendly and professional guy. We felt comfortable to go with Mint duct cleaning from the moment we talked to Ray. He first came for an inspection and then we booked the appointment. He explained everything he was doing during the ducts cleaning and the live video of dust inside the ducts while he was working is certainly a plus and is pretty cool. They also do sanitazing. Price was reasonable.

I was most impressed with the job that Ray and Yusef did for us. Our ducts were in desperate of cleaning, as they had never been done before. (We’ve only owned the house a year, but it is over 50 years old).
The team was very professional. They wore masks and took their shoes off each time, before they entered the house. They explained in detail, the work they would be doing, including how the dust and debris is sucked up, and showed me where they would be accessing the ducts.
Ray’s pricing is very competitive and he even advised me that I didn’t need to have my furnace cleaned, as it will be replaced in the next month. Ray struck me as being very honest and fair.
Next time I need my ducts cleaned, I will contact Ray at Mint Duct Cleaning. There’s no need for me to look elsewhere.

Great friendly service. They were able to eliminate a strong odour coming from the vents (Caused by kids/puppy) using non- toxic Benefect. They clearly explained and showed me exactly what they were doing and why.
