Quote before they arrived. They were professional, and extremely knowledgeable and tidy. Ray walked us through the entire process each step of the way. In fact we have 2 newer furnaces and Ray confirmed the upper unit didnt require cleaning. He showed us before and after pictures and our house smells amazing and clean now. Ray and Yusuf arrived 35 minutes early for the appointment, which to me is amazing. Both were wearing masks, takeoff their shoes and asked for permission to start in the basement . Yusuf explained in extreme detailed everything that they were going to do. They had us view the ducts with a camera after cleaning all the ducts from the second floor to the basement. They use an organic disinfectant (no chemicals). Our house smelled great! They were very professional throughout all their work and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company 100% to everyone that asks me for a duct cleaning company.

Rayan and his team are amazing. Rayan does a very detailed job and explains everything he is doing and shows you videos of your ducts as he is working. His communication is excellent. He did a fantastic job.

My house was in dire need of this and I am so happy we went with Mint Duct Cleaning! The customer service was awesome; very friendly and approachable. Ray took the time to explain things in detail and even went far and beyond to try to fix an issue in the vent in our daughters' room (THANKS RAY!). Aiden was also very friendly. I love that Ray took into consideration by baby's naptime when scheduling the appointment (as you can imagen that it gets loud). Overall VERY happy and I definitely recommend Mint Duct Cleaning!

Ray was unbelievable! He arrived on time and was so kind despite my house being a bit of a mess- he was courteous and did not make me feel bad(I have recently had breast cancer and cleaning def fell to the wayside). He did a fantastic job my whole house smells better and feels so much cleaner! I was quoted higher and Ray told me the cost was actually lower!! who does that?! Im telling you this is the guy you want.
