I called up Ray for Duct cleaning and he responded swiftly! He was very professional and told me about the different packages. I ended choosing the gold package that was the best value for a total clean. When Ray and Paris came, they were on time, professional and very courteous. They took care to explain the procedure, showed me videos of the actual cleaning procedures. Upon leaving Ray also gave my mum his business card to future contact. Thank you so much for your lovely service Ray.
