Benny is one of the best professionals in the industry. He is thorough and makes sure every detail is perfect. He went above and beyond to ensure that the entire main floor ceiling was absolutely perfect before he finished the job. Benny came exactly as advertised on his other reviews posted here. He is a plastering specialist who takes great care and pride in his work. His attention to detail was apparent throughout the entire job. Working on the ceiling over the stairs wasn't a challenge for Benny with his scaffold setup.

The master bedroom ceiling, and the walls and ceiling leading up to the 2nd floor had a very dated textured plaster look (first 2 pics). Benny covered it all with four skim coats over three days. After the fourth skim coat, it really didn't need much sanding. He is that expert a craftsman at his trade. His partner, Carlos, spent a day sanding then painting to perfect the job. I'm totally blown away by just how good this job turned out. And I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Benny and Carlos for jobs requiring plastering repair or skim coating.

I needed to repair drywall in my living room after replacing hot water tank and exhaust pipes.

A large 6' x 8' portion of our plaster ceiling came down on our century home during Covid. We looked on homestars and found Benny based on his great reviews. We can confirm that his workmanship is even better in person! He came in, worked efficiently and was done in a little over a day. Benny was thorough with the details and even went the extra mile to prime the ceiling to see if there were any remaining imperfections (even though it wasn't part of his contract). For those concerned about using contractors during Covid, Benny was also mindful to have his mask on at all times and maintain distance during our conversations for our safety. We've found our plasterer that we'll always use for any future plaster repairs (it truly is an artform) and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for anyone looking to do the same.

I enjoyed dealing with Benny, right from getting a straightforward quote, to the finished product. Had the ceilings in the living and dining rooms repaired.
He delivered as expected, and so far things look great (it's been about a month) and we're quite happy. Clean up was pretty good too, as I know it's a bit of a challenge with plaster.
