Aspen Windows & Doors

My bungalow was in desperate need of new windows and doors. Had moderate expectations given the majority of contractors never meet my expectations but these guys had great reviews.

My expectations were surpassed:

1. George spends a lot of time up front with you listening and figuring out what you need and how he can deliver it.
2. Price is very transparent and fair.
3. Quality of the work was exceptional.

Nothing but respect to the entire crew for running a great business with a ton of integrity. 99% of Toronto contractors should consider taking a lesson in running a business and customer service. Any home owner who needs a door or windows done hands down no excuse but to call George.

I have had a great experience working with George at Aspen Windows. He came highly recommended from a friend who also had windows/doors replaced through George.

George is super knowledgeable. He listened to our vision and walked us through our options and presented us some quotes. George was very responsive throughout the process, providing us status of the manufacturing of our windows. He was also very empathetic as COVID really introduced supply chain issues with renovations and tried what he could to get our windows on time.

When the windows and doors were available, he came right away to install them. The installation was completed by George and crew himself. He took pride in the quality of his install and the windows look amazing! Thank you for all your help!

We were lucky to find George while he was working on another project in my neighbourhood. He came to our house the next day to look at the project (replacing a window with a patio door) and sent me a quote by email right away.

George was very easy to contact throughout the project. He responded to texts and answered the phone or called back when we had questions. He was honest. He came to our house when he said he would. He was cognizant of the safety of our toddler. His work was tidy and he left the area clean.

Really happy with George's work and would highly recommend. (He's also one of the few people I have met in the construction industry who had positive things to say about other people's work!)

George helped us design a custom new front door and exceeded our expectations by acquiring for us the large size glass panels we wanted! We hired Aspen Windows and Doors to replace our entrance door as well as two side doors. After our first meeting I had a feeling that they were the company to go with.
