Daniel explained to us in clear, understandable terms what the process of attic insulation upgrade would be like, and the expected benefits and improvements in comfort that the upgrade would bring to our home. He also advised us that we could avail of the rebates offered through the Ontario Home Efficiency Rebate Plus (HER+) program. The insulation upgrade was done by David and Michael who worked efficiently and within a fairly reasonable amount of time. They provided us with pre- and post-upgrade pictures. They cleaned up after the work was done. We were very satisfied with the quality of their work. It was a pleasant experience meeting and working with Daniel and his crew.

Even though the quote from Dan / Celluloseman was higher, I chose to proceed with him because of the thorough pre-inspection, knowledge and guidance provided by Dan. He was also very kind enough to hold on to his original quote, despite my delayed confirmation of the job. On the first of a three day project, David and his team arrived on time. After meeting with various contractors, I went with Dan as he was knowledgeable, transparent and willing to address all of my concerns. Additionally, he provided me with follow up information and videos so I could better understand the process. Excellent communication. I was in a pinch as I just rented out my place and didn't want to be that slum lord who left the tenant in a cold house. I got the quote which was very reasonable, mentioned my issue on when the tenant was moving in and they were able to get me in asap- even with my tight schedule.

After having a new roof installed on my home I needed to replace the insulation in my attic. Celluloseman Inc. completed the job as promised on time in a very professional manner and the staff who did the work took great care to clean the area as when they began the job. They also took time to keep me informed about the progress of the job and left me with excellent before and after pictures.
