John was quick to respond to the issue I was having with my tankless water heater. He was able to visit the same day (at no charge) to assess the work that needed to be done to replace it and he also offered some other useful tips on energy savings/improvements to my home. John and Hojat were professional, conscientious, and thorough in their work when they installed a new tankless unit. The project was completed in the exact time that John had scheduled it for. John was able to accommodate for the day we requested as we had new appliance being delivered the next day. Very satisfied with the work Sam did with disconnecting and capping our gas lines for the stove and bbq. Checked and ensured no gas was leaking after capping. Thanks for the service!

Seems our fireplace switch is not working as intended, hard to turn it it on. John knows right away the cause of the issue and fixed it in no time. Since its a quick fix, he offering extra service to the fireplace and training on us how to save energy by turn off the pilot, all this are free of charge.

AC and furnace fan motor stopped working. Thought it was a problem with the AC but John was able to diagnose an issue with the furnace that was causing the AC to malfunction. He spent the time to properly diagnose and fix the furnace issue which cleared up the AC avoiding an unnecessary and potentially large repair bill for my AC (which was fine).
