Our Mom is 87 and required a new, safe stairway to her basement. As her house was built in 1910, there were a number of challenges in figuring out how to achieve this. Between an idea my brother had and Keino plus his architect, DEH was able to design and install an attractive and safe set of stairs. His crew arrived when he said they would and finished work earlier than anticipated. They were especially sensitive to our Mom's needs by adding extensive non-slip treads to the steps and hand rails.

Keino saved our bathroom reno disater. We had a previous reno go very wrong, and contacted Keino to help resolve. He reviewed the project and quoted fairly. His team was beyond professional, showed up on time, respected our building and it's neighbours, and completed the job within the quoted time. The work was impeccable... was very impressed with the professionalism of the behaviour and the work. Planning on working with him on our next project, and will recommend him to others. Cannot say a bad word about this reno. We finally have the bathroom we originally set out to achieve. Thank you Keino and team.

We had Keino and his crew do a total renovation on our bathroom. They pulled out the tub and tiled the entire room and did a fantastic job! The demo and clean up was done in one day and the rest of the project took approximately 2 weeks which we thought was great as there are always problems you run into. They were very respectful of our home, showed up on time and were very friendly. All in all a good experience and I have and will recommend them in future. I love my new bathroom!! Thanks Keino!

This was our first bathroom renovation after 28 years of having the builder-designed bathroom with a roman tub. Keino listened to all we want done and he took us to the supply shops to choose tiles and look at faucets and tubs. He accepted all our selections readily. He and his crew are courteous and work well. Some scheduling delays were stressful but we are happy with the end result.

The work was done professionally. The contractor provided useful advice and made necessary changes as requested.
The duration of the job was quite lengthy but overall, the job was satisfactory.

D.E.H. was recommended to us by a friend. Highly recommended as a quality contractor. More importantly, Keino (Owner) was a good communicator. Very important to us.
Water leak was identified after opening ceiling; fixed on a timely basis with absolutely no issues. Work was completed perfectly. Drywall patch was back to better than original.

Keino and his team did an excellent job on our bathroom and hallway renovation. Keno was extremely responsive and always willing to address any questions and/or concerns I had throughout the renovation process. His team was pleasant, efficient and hard-working: they stuck around as long as was required to get a job done and also came on weekends as required to keep the project moving along.

Keino kept me very well informed about the details of the progress throughout the process and always took the time to walk me through what the team was working on when I returned home. He asked for my input every step of the way to ensure that I was always going to be satisfied with the outcome. I always felt like I could trust Keino with his word and his judgement - he executed on every element of the project as discussed and any deviations from the original plan were considered carefully and adjusted appropriately.

We are very happy with the final product. I am meticulous about attention to detail, and have had experience working with contractors who do not do a good job of noticing 'the little things' (like ensuring hardware is hung straight, grout lines are even, paint lines are perfect, etc.) but Keino was very accommodating of my nitpicking and willing to make little tweaks to meet my (high) expectations.

I would definitely recommend DEH to family and friends and would not hesitate to use them again for additional projects we take on in this house and/or any future homes!

Keino Wilkie of D.E.H. Inc. and his team performed a superb job of repairing a crack in the patio concrete slab and repairing the step threshold very cost effectively and efficiently. His work was done meticulously and on-time. They came on-time and explained what they were doing to do for each of the job involved. It was obvious that Keino cares about his workmanship and business reputation from the way the job was done to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. Keino and his company offer a 2-year warranty on their work. After the work was completed, he and his crew also cleaned up the work area to ensure that all debris and waste was carried away.
