We engaged Avanti in a landscaping project this spring and were incredibly satisfied with the results. The project turned out beautifully and expanded our entertaining and outdoor living space. We have so enjoyed the summer on our new dining and lounging area in the backyard. The patio allowed us to entertain outdoors which was a welcome benefit as we came out of COVID.
The highlight of the project though was the new driveway and walkway to our front porch. We had long had trouble with drainage in the driveway with frequent flooding of our garage. The team at Avanti came up with a design that regraded the driveway and installed permeable material that has done an incredible job of solving our drainage issues. No more flooding.
The company was responsive, professional, and extremely competent. The crew showed up on time, work efficiently, kept the site clean and were done within a week. A small issue with broken tiles was solved immediately and the work was top notch.
I would recommend them for any high quality job your are interested in.

Nothing but good things about this company. From sales to accounting to the actual crew working on the project. Always responsive, very detailed and supervised work, from day one to the final cleanup. They do not overlook any details and they really work hard to get the job done right. This new deck is so solid that it will certainly outlive the house itself :)

We just had our backyard completely renovated by the Avanti crew. This is the second time we used their services and were again completely satisfied. Peter was fantastic to work with and took the time to adjust to all our changes while also suggesting excellent ideas. The crew was top notch with Dmitry as their detail oriented foreman ... can't thank you all enough for the fine work, attention to detail, and amazing job. We hired Avanti Landscaping to completely demolish our existing backyard that had become an eyesore, and to replace it with a beautiful landscaped area with interlocking, new sod, and a perimeter garden complete with new bushes, plants, and shrubs. Adnan our project manager was excellent throughout the entire process. He helped us come up with a design of the finished product, and assisted with the interlocking stone suggestions. There were additional things that we requested, such as mulching of our side yard in addition to the backyard, and parging around the house perimeter. The job itself took seven days to complete and the transformation was remarkable! They made every effort to please and I can honestly say that this is a company that stands above other companies, they were great to deal with and I would highly recommend them. All in all, a job very well done and I feel that I got good value for the money spent.

We hired Avanti Landscaping to do a refresh of our small front yard: remove and replace the existing walkway in front of / to the side of our house, replace an old wooden garden border with stone, and re-sod the lawn.

The quality of the work is great: the new stone path looks and feels fantastic. It's a huge improvement over our old path, and we are very satisfied. The new grass is holding up well six weeks later, despite my keen ability to kill anything green.

The only reason that I'm not 100% satisfied is that there have been multiple (lack of) communication problems. In our initial attempt to schedule the work, I waited two weeks with no communication from the company regarding even an estimated start date; I don't expect immediate response, but it shouldn't take two weeks (and me poking them) to receive even a rough estimate of when the work will take place. Secondly, there was a small area for which I requested a touch-up, about a week after living with the new walkway; despite an initial immediate response that yes, they would take care of it, we've been waiting well over a month, and my last text from two weeks ago has still not been answered.

So all in all, we are satisfied. Perhaps it's a good sign that they are too busy to answer communications, but it would be really nice to not be left hanging like this.

Work involved removal of extensive garden walls and walkways,reinstalling grading and installation of lighting. Crew of six or seven at times showed up Monday morning and entire job completed in four days. Thankyou to Peter, the manager in charge, Mr. Llibran, Sergey and the rest of the crew. Job completion way above expectation and on budget. All my neigbours commended the crew for there cleanup and work ethic. Highly recommended

We hired Avanti Landscaping to build a patio in our backyard. This included grading as well as new sod. We had a clear vision of what we wanted, but they also provided some great ideas on how to enhance the design of a small patio. Avanti worked quickly and delivered in a timely fashion. The crew was incredibly hard working and professional and we are very satisfied with the finished product.
