Upon contacting Tyson, he arrived in just two hours, provided me with insightful information, and fixed the problem. His grasp of the plumbing issue was outstanding. Since my home uses a well system, the sophisticated toilet was malfunctioning, but he devised a solution. I strongly endorse his expertise.

Tyson has done multiple plumbing projects for me and my family over the past 10+ years. Two significantly plumbing projects were condo renovation of two washrooms (full gut) and contribution of a full washroom in a basement. Tyson was amazing. Responded quickly, came a day early, solved our immediate problem and is troubleshooting to find a part me need.

Tyson contacted me right after I posted my request, and offered to talk right away if needed (11 pm). As it was not an emergency he called the day after and on the same day got the job done and made sure everything was perfect before calling it done.
Once done he also spent time explaining some questions I had on other renovation projects and offer to help on those too.
I'll be calling him again at some point for sure!
