H & R Heating & Air Conditioning Service

Ravi is a nice and friendly person. My Heating stopped over the weekend and I found Ravi from a recommendation on the Nextdoor app. Ravi answered and made arrangements to check out the issue that weekend evening itself. He notified me that the furness blower motor has an issue and will need replacement. He quoted me $ and asked me to confirm the work by Monday so he can pick up the parts as early as possible. He followed up and quickly got to issue fixed. With a new blower motor I have noticed furness is heating the rooms even better. Specially the ones which are in the far end of the house. God Job. Will recommend and call him again if I ever needed help with my Furness. 5 Star

I contacted Harry on Saturday and on Sunday morning he came and we decided to replace rather than try to fix the old beat out furnace that was installed about 20 years.

I also had a old water tank rental from Enercare so we also decided to replace the water tank as well. It just didn't make sense to sign up for 15 years and pay $30 per month through Enercare.

As we discussed on Sunday, Monday morning they came at 8am sharp. Worked swiftly, diligently, and efficiently and at around 4pm we had heat and hot water in the house.

In times of need, you can truly determine the character of people and companies. Especially during these tough times, it is good to know that there are still honest tradespeople.

My furnace wouldn't heat up no matter what I tried. I contacted H&R and they came the very next day to assess the situation. It turned out to be a task but Harry got it done.

These guys are fantastic. They showed up and provided me with an honest diagnosis that saved me hundreds of dollars. Ravi was great and he took the time to explain how the system works and what the issue was. Great guy and great company. I would definitely hire them again.

Ravi was very accommodating to look into our issues on very short notice. Very quickly found the root of the issue and provided us with multiple solutions and costs for these solutions. Installation of the furnace was done very quickly and no issues at all. Service was very pleasant!

I would HIGHLY recommend Ravi and his team at H&R Heating and Air. We first found H&R through HomeStars in the fall while looking to have our annual furnace service. Ravi was quick to respond and incredibly knowledgable and helpful.

Last month (February), while away with our new baby visiting our inlaws, we lost our furnace. Our NEST thermostat sent us a low temperature warning and we were very worried about our pipes bursting as the weather here was extremely cold.

I called Ravi and was able to coordinate him going to our home, assessing the situation, and ultimately replacing our very very old furnace. His quick response saved us from having to book a flight home and likely having our pipes burst. He was able to respond, source and replace our furnace within 2 days.

I cannot recommend H&R enough. They are responsive and fairly priced.
