Contractor Pass

Contractor Pass did an excellent job in Removing Mould from my basement resulting from Weeping Tiles & Plastic Membrane not installed by the Builder.
They arranged & coordinated with a Basement Waterproofer to ensure that no water is leaking from the outside of the house to the inside.
They sealed off & enclosed the area that had Mould, so that the rest of the house did not contaminate w Mould Spores. They disinfected the affected area & used HEPA Filter to filter the air in that area.
Where there were Water Damage & Mould, they replaced the Dry Wall, Underpad of the Carpet, Tack Strip etc.
When the job was completed, the area was restored to how it was before the Water Damage.

Antonio, the Contractor in charge of the job, was very professional. He advised us about the progress of the job & provided us with pictures on the Work in Progress. The Crew working under him were very friendly.
They did a thorough cleaning of the Room in the Basement after they completed the work.
Definitely a 10 job, well done.

This is my second time hiring Contractor Pass for mold remediation and I highly recommend Anton and his team. They are true professionals and they did an excellent job.

The first time I hired Contractor Pass was to clean out the mold in the bedroom and bathroom which was discovered during renovations. He arrived on time to provide an estimate and the price was reasonable. They removed the drywall that was infested with mold, vacuumed the area and then applied a plant based anti-microbial before sealing it off with a primer.

The second time was remediate the mold in the furnace room and storage area underneath the stairs. Anton and his crew was polite and respectful of the house. They wore disposable shoe covers when they came in. A containment with a ziplock was setup to prevent the mold spores from spreading and an air scrubber was brought in to filter out the air as the work began.

It's the little details that matter and I really appreciate how he made an effort to cover the furnace and water heater with a tarp before he started working. He spent the time to walk me through the work involved and was very thorough. He didn't charge extra when he discovered there was additional area that had to be cleaned out.

Very quick response for quote and fairly priced. Arrived on time for setup and the next day for cleanup. Cleaned up after themselves and left no mess.

Highly recommend to use Contactor Pass. We had an old brick and concrete smoker in the backyard. We wanted it gone since it wasn’t being used and was actually in the way for other repairs to the garage. Contractor Pass showed up at short notice, quickly removed the entire structure, the area was super clean and they even cleaned our neighbors yard to make sure no debris went there! Would highly recommend for any job big or small.
