On March 20, 2021, I showed Konstantinos & Chris the paver areas that needed to be reworked. Before leaving, Konstantinos said these issues will be addressed and that he will get in touch with me to schedule a date to fix these issues.

After waiting for three months for Konstantinos to call, I decided to text him on July 3, 2021... Konstantinos never responded to my text. I'm not going to bombard him with a multitude of texts or calls, and I shouldn't have to.

It's now September 16, 2021, I think it's fair to concluded that this company does NOT want to honour its warranty on labour/workmanship.

Zachos Construction Ltd. is an excellent company that aims to fully satisfy. We recently hired them to completely demolish and rebuild a retaining wall between our home and our backyard neighbour’s. From the moment we met the owner, we were immediately impressed. We signed a contract for the work to begin on May29th and early that morning, they showed up. They were very neat and worked methodically. The owner, who was on the job from beginning to end, kept us informed on progress, answered all of our questions, was patient AND completed the job within the timeline he had given us. And to our delight, there weren’t any surprise expenses. We will definitely hire Zachos Construction again and would not hesitate to highly recommend this company. Thank you very much for building a beautiful wall.

Konstantinos and his father built beautiful stone steps for us, as well as some landscaping I asked for when the steps put the garden to shame. :) They always showed up when they said they would and their price was very competitive. They were patient and generous with my finicky add-ons, and no request was too big or too small. I'm very glad I found them here on Homestars.

Great work and great price. Honest, hard working and reliable company which is father and son run. From day one Constantinos is very honest and reliable. Does what he says he is going to do. He also followed up with us a while after work complete to ensure we were happy. A few touch ups were done as some stones shifted which is normal. Overall content with work and quality. I’d recommend them to anyone for their 5 star service and they showed up for work everyday on time. 5 star service and we got more than we expected as they did some tuck pointing and concrete work on the outside of the house. Highly recommended

Work was done quickly as promised. Quote was very reasonable. Highly recommend. Most likely will use again in the spring for some interlock repairs.

Zachos Construction is truly a company that is dedicated and meticulous with every detail of their work. Kosta and his father Christos, are always there from the beginning making sure the stonework in our backyard and front turned out better than we could imagine. Kosta and team are very easy to talk to and will let you know if something will work. My husband and I took them up on some of their ideas that made our home look even more beautiful. Zachos construction is reasonable in price and the team is very clean and does not leave until everything is done. Konstantinos was always quick to respond to questions, he met all commitments, price was the best of 3 quotes and the whole team is clearly dedicated to a high level of customer satisfaction. I had used Homestars to vet various contractors to look at my front porch steps and give me ideas on what may work best for my situation. Konstantine and his crew were professional, provided a contract, was punctual and most of all was considerate of cost and need. He gave my wife and I a solution that worked for us given the cost/benefit and had the job done on time. Their work and quality finish showed their experience and willingness to take on my request when 10 other guys had tried to upsell me on something i didnt need. Happy to say that neighbours have also asked to get work done for their homes after seeing the job.
