We were very happy with the efficient booking process for our duct cleaning, the timely arrival of the technician and the care that was taken with cleaning our vents. We were also lucky enough to get a (rare) weekend appointment. Pricing was transparent and we appreciated no pressure to upgrade from the package we had picked. Pricing was very fair and came in below most quotes we received. We would not hesitate to recommend Colair and will be happy to use them again in the future.

Our furnace wasn't heating on a Saturday night @ -27, I called Coleair, and they were at the house within 2 hrs. I called two other companies, and they'd be 24 hrs getting to us. When Cole showed up, he quickly determined that the heating element was cracked and let CO2 into the house. SO needless to say, I could replace the part or get a new furnace. I worked with Cole to get the best solution, and since both furnace and AC were over 15 yrs old, we decided to replace it all with an ultra-efficient furnace and AC. Luckily, they had everything in stock, and it was all installed on Monday. The installation was excellent. We hardly knew they were there for the whole day other than the fact we had heat again at the end of the day. ;-)

Came on short notice and completed the work in a timely fashion. The service man was pleasant and friendly.

Cameron and Joel were polite, courteous and did a good job servicing the ducts. Jaime was very helpful with scheduling the appointment.

Great service - explained everything. Arrived on time, cleaned the ducts and the HVAC. Showed me how to clean the HVAC every 3 months or so.

I would highly recommend this company. I was treated with such kindness while dealing with Jamie and it was booked promptly. The technician was very knowledgeable and was extremely professional. Cost was well worth it and very competitive rates. You won't go wrong getting them to clean your ducts. When I got home I said to my husband, I used to smell the heat coming out of the vents, now I just smell nice clean air.

I had my ducts cleaned about six weeks ago and the dust in my house actually quadrupled. Collair came in just over a week ago to redo the job. The difference is incredible. It’s over one week later and there’s still no dust on my furniture. Excellent job. Very professional service and delivered exactly as described. Very very happy and will be a loyal customer.
