Air Force Duct Cleaning

Great experience with this company from booking to completing of cleaning. I needed duct cleaning done. I booked online the day before and asked for an 8 am cleaning the next morning. They were incredibly prompt getting back to me to confirm. They provided detailed information of all the work that would be completed. It was also very easy to speak to someone over the phone (which is hard to find these days).
Caco, the technician that came to complete the job, was meticulous and left my house cleaner than it was before. He was very professional and polite and explained everything that was being done. He even showed me "before and after" pictures of all the areas being cleaned. After this experience I will only use this company.

We had just finished sanding the Main floor and needed the ducts cleaned before staining. Also wanted to have our first grandchild visit on Father's Day. We were lucky to get an appointment the day before. The crew (Jamiah and Yousef) arrived promptly at 8 am and were finished by the expected time. Both were very pleasant and respected our home which was a mess since everything was dumped in other rooms of the house.

Had Caco come to my house on June 12 2023. My appointment was for 8am and he showed up at 7:50am. He notified me 30 minutes prior to his arrival which i did appreciate.

When he showed up he introduced himself and explained the job he was doing and how he was doing it.

What i can appreciate is he would answer any questions i had. More importantly his professionalism is what blew me away. He went around and sealed all the vent, even the big hose used to suck the dirt and debris he would wrap in drop sheets so it wouldnt rub on my wood floors. Futhermore, when the hose was going around corners he would put a blocker so again the hose doesnt rub against the door jam. He spent a good hour just setting up and hand cleaning all the vents before starting up the big vaccume.

Once he was done he showed me before and after pictures and i was quite satisfied with the result. After that, he went around with a hand vaccume and cleaned up and dirt and debris that may have blew up from the vent.

Overall im very happy with the work and more so impressed with the professionalism of the company and Caco. Ive always been skeptical of duct cleaning companies and ive heard of many bad experiences and watching the CBC marketplace investigation. But i can confidently say they will not disappoint. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

On a side note, when it comes to the honesty and integrity of Caco. He accidentally charged me an extra 3 dollars when i was paying on my credit card. I didnt notice this until he came back to my house minutes after leaving and apologizing for the discrepancy. And gave me back 3 dollars immediately. I cant say i know a lot of companies that would retify mistakes like that promptly. So thank you for the great service Caco and your honestly is greatly appreciated.

Caco was outstanding. Their previous job was a bit late so he called to let me know in advance. Then apologized for being late at the door. I dont think thats ever happened to me for a home service. He was incredibly thorough, took great before and after pics, went around cleaning everything up after he was done. Even offered some tips around hvac and humidifier filter changes. Would definitely recommend. Air flow is hugely improved.
