I wish I'd read the reviews on this site before booking!!
My move in a few weeks from BC to NS has somehow been scheduled for the WRONG MONTH and obviously this error needs to be fixed. Started off as no big deal, I assumed it was a data entry issue, but as my actual move day creeps closer and I can not reach ANYONE to talk to - I'm wondering if this is even a real company.
I've spent the last three days trying to connect with anyone, including my so-called "Moving Coordinator" via emails (many), phone calls (dozens) and not a single response or acknowledgement.
It's looking more and more likely that I'm out my $300 deposit. At this late date I don't know which company I'd call-- how do I trust any company now? So, I'll likely be leaving my hometown and family, without my treasured and beloved things BUT with the totally avoidable problem of additional stress and heartache.
