Axia Grout Care

Kaayla of Axia did tile and grout cleaning for me. She came highly recommended from a friend and I could not be happier with her work. Kaayla is friendly, fair, professional, highly competent, efficient, highly skilled and made my bathtub and shower tiles look like new. I was not expecting this because my tiles were really dirty (black in some places). BUT she made them look AS GOOD AS NEW!! I was so impressed that I also hired her to clean my carpets. She saved me a lot of money and did not try to sell me materials I didn't need. I recommend Kaayla of Axia to everyone!!

Thank you Kaayla for restoring our shower to it’s original mould free condition! There was build up of mould in the corners and on grout near the floor that had accumulated over time. It was a tricky and time consuming job because it was pebbled and natural stone. Kaayla took her time and meticulously scrapped and cleaned out all the mould. She also cleaned the shower ceiling and glass door. It was a full day’s work and I really appreciate all her efforts because our shower looks new again! She was very easy to work with and communication and pricing was very clear from the start!

Kaayla did an absolutely amazing job...above and beyond what I had thought! My shower needed some fresh grouting in many places between the marble and new silicone aswell....she not only did it to perfection, but took the extra time she needed to complete it (what was meant to be 3-4 hours, ended up taking the entire day!). Professional, thorough and excellent work, would recommend to family and friends if they want their shower and tub looking sparkling again! True 'detailing' work, not just on the surface. I feel confident that I will not have to worry for the next few years now!

We purchased an older home with old grimy bathrooms where the grout was black and moldy and caulking missing in spots. Kaayla was quick to respond and answer any questions. I could see the time and effort Kaayla put toward deep cleaning the tile/grout and installing the new caulking. She transformed those existing bathrooms and made them more than livable until we decide to renovate.

Kaayla saved me from tossing my kids’ marble top vanity, which was disgusting.. She said “let me do it”....the counter and surround seal looks brand new. She also power washed the master bath shower stall. Floor was grungy....now it looks brand new. These were jobs 3& 4 that Kaayla has done for us. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Kaayla from Axia arrived yesterday to steam clean my tile, grout, seal and replace my silicone caulking in my master ensuite shower stall. She did an amazing fantastic job!!. I am so pleased with the way my shower stall looks, it looks like its brand new!! She provided such great customer service and right from the being explained everything prior to starting the job in detail of what was going to be done. She even went above and beyond to make sure I was completed satisfied before she left. She is very detail oriented and conscientious in the way she performs her job and takes such pride in making sure she has done a great job. She is also very meticulous in the way the end result should look like and has such great work ethics and wonderful customer service. She even recommended a few products for me to use and provided me with some of her cleaning product line to use.

Our tiler left us with a difficult problem that we asked Axia to help solve for us. The corners of our new shower were crooked and mismatched, and we needed a few specific beads of black silicone in our newly constructed shower that would match the same thickness of our black grout lines and cover the problem. Kaayla took the time to solve the problem, and delivered us impeccable work that we're very, very pleased with.
In addition to this work, she finished off all the remaining siliconing and caulking that needed to be completed.

I googled “bathroom”, “grouting”, “Thornhill” and Axia was the result. Being a bit of a skeptic, I threw a lot of questions at Kaayla. What impressed me the most was her response time to my inquiry for a quote. What blew me away was her service. Kaayla does all the work herself and is extremely meticulous. She did not leave until she was completely satisfied and paid attention to every detail. She made sure that both my husband and I checked her work and that we were both satisfied....which we are. Our bathroom looks like new. Kaayla also gave me some “secret” tips on how to keep the glass shower doors clean (hint: not what you’d expect). She is courteous, professional & punctual.
