John and his team helped us move from our condo into a home in early February. John was very diligent in ensuring we were organized in advance and that he had the right size team and needed equipment for the move day.

On the day of the move, the team arrived ahead of schedule and got to work immediately. Our move included stops at two storage units, and the team was very efficient at getting this into the truck and then into the appropriate places within the home.

I appreciated that John checked in with us throughout the day to ensure we were satisfied with the work being done and was willing to course correct if needed (it wasn't needed, the team was doing a great job)

I was looking for some movers to help me go from my current rental apartment to my new condo. I talked to friends and co-workers all who gave me horror stories about movers keeping items, or breaking things in transit. John messaged me through Homestars and went over everything with me. He wanted to make sure I knew that my items would be taken care of and that they offered the best service at the best price. On the day of the move Scott and Ali arrived and looked over everything. They were fantastic and ensured that I knew what they were doing at all times. They didn't rush me and didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions. The next time I need to move or I know someone who does, I will recommend J and J without hesitation.

On one of the coldest winter day of the year, John and his crew were very professional, courteous and accommodating right to the end. Even with a few obstacles they were determined to complete the job without complaints. Their rate was reasonable and there were no additional surprise charges in the end.

John and his teammate did a fantastic job helping me move two industrial size sewing machine from the garage to the basement.

Very friendly, fast, and responsive to my phone call. The pricing is very fair compared to other companies I’ve called.

Most importantly, there was no damage done to the house with careful and percise manoeuvring.

These guys were great. Friendly, efficient and patient.
They had to move the couch out of a sliding door that was jammed shut and they were incredibly patient getting it open.
