We had only been in our very old house for 2 years when, during a storm, we looked up at the cathedral ceiling in the living room to see water dripping from one of the beams. Oh boy - this didn't show up in the home inspection. We set ourselves up for some bad news, expecting whoever we brought in to tell us we needed a major repair.

We called in the folks from Toro. Jason showed up the next day, personally went onto the roof to check things out. Turns out that it was a very small issue: poor installation of some flashing around a dormer, compounded by a bad repair at some point which, instead of sending the water in the right direction, was sending water under the shingles, causing the leak - only an issue if the storm was coming from an unusual direction.

Quick quote; simple fix; work completed within days of my call; and a small bill.

Another company could have easily told me that I needed a major repair and I would have no idea that they were taking me for a ride.

We had to coordinate their work with the company replacing our sliding doors to the balcony, in order to properly waterproof the area. The door company cancelled last minute and had to reschedule. Jason and his team were so understanding and agreed to come back when the door people came so that they could finish the job correctly. They didn’t charge us for the second visit.
