We had Karol with Saco construction work on our basement framing after we waterproofed our basement. From day one Karol was very professional, courteous and very confident in what needed to be done. He was kind and patient and ensured all of our questions regarding our project were answered. Even before the work started I too was confident that Karol would do a great job and he sure did. The framing work exceeded our expectations! He is very skillful, patient, clean and worked really hard to complete the work on schedule. He takes pride in his work and it shows. We will definitely have Karol back soon to work on other projects with the renos. I highly recommend him, hes just fantastic and most importantly someone you can trust to do the work right!

Saco Construction recently framed our basement and washrooms and we couldnt be more happy with the results. Karol from Saco Construction was punctual, meticulous, extremely tidy and hard working. He worked tirelessly on both projects and went above and beyond expectations. He was extremely patient and took the time to address our concerns and offer his expert opinion when necessary. We are pleased and would not hesitate to recommend or use their services again.

I had Saco construction come down and install framing for a basement bathroom we are installing. Karl was able to remove carpet and drywall and put up the full framing within just a few hours. The project completed quickly and looks great. I would use this company again should I have similar needs.

Back to studs Reno, Framed fireplace, bulkheads, 2x2 on exterior walls to make 2x6 for extra insulation, full basement frame including delta floor, 5/8 T & G plywood mechanically fastened, tyvek on walls then framed. Very clean, simple to work with and exceptional end result. This is our second project with Saco Construction and I would highly recommend.

We found Karol on HomeStars and called him because of his reviews. He assessed our project and gave us the right guidance to get things done. He recommended a great engineer to do the drawings and even helped identify a potential problem that our home inspector didnt highlight basement support posts that were moved too far, and with no footing. He quickly resolved that problem and located the original footing and installed a post in its original location. Hes an expert.
He was modest, polite, easy going and was never arrogant about knowing more than my wife or me. I 100% recommend hiring Karol for your project. At least call him for an assessment. Karol did the framing and dricore subfloor for our basement renovation. We will be hiring him again for dryall and flooring when it's time. Really great quality work, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Super friendly. Took time to explain his work. Would highly recommend.
